The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly preparingdegummed domestic silkworm silk fibers, then preparing domestic silkworm silk dissolving liquid, then preparing a purified domestic silkworm silk fibroin aqueous solution, then preparing the silk fibroin porous material or silk fibroin membrane, and finally preparing the functional silk fibroin porous material or functional silk fibroin membrane. The prepared functional silk fibroin porous material and the functional silk fibroin membrane belongs to non-hemolytic materials, and the hemolytic rate is smaller than 0.4%; the functional silk fibroin porous material and the functional silk fibroinmembrane are stably loaded with bioactive peptide, and the bioactive peptide can adjust and control competitive growth of vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells, and activate the diastolicfunctions of blood vessels. The obtained functional silk fibroin porous material and the functional silk fibroin membrane can be used for blood vessel tissue engineering of assembling artificial blood vessels, performing spivack and the like, and have great application prospects.
