Abstract
The invention relates to functional polyester and a three-dimensional porous scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The functional polyester is poly fumaric terephthalic diepoxy butane maleate PTFB-M. The three-dimensional porous scaffold uses the functional polyester PTFB-M as a raw material, and is prepared by a salting-out method and thermo-crosslinking. According to the invention, a novelfunctional polyester material is prepared by utilizing acid-induced epoxide ring-opening polymerization and a carboxylate reaction; further, a three-dimensional porous scaffold material is prepared bythe salting-out method and thermo-crosslinking; the functional polyester and the three-dimensional porous scaffold have excellent thermal stability, mechanical property and bioactivity and have a wide application prospect in the fields of tissue engineering and tissue organ repair.
