Abstract
The invention discloses a functional coating for a bionic human joint tissue structure and a preparation method and application thereof. The method includes the steps of performing laser processing onthe surface of a titanium alloy to obtain a titanium alloy with the surface of a skeleton-like porous tissue structure; and conducting thermal oxidation treatment on the titanium alloy with the surface of the skeleton-like porous tissue structure to make the surface of the skeleton-like porous tissue structure to generate a hard TiO2 film, conducting spin coating on the hard TiO2 film with polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, and conducting drying to obtain the functional coating for the bionic human joint tissue structure. Starting from the multi-scale soft/hard combined tissue characteristicsof human articular cartilage, a laser processing technology, a thermal oxidation treatment technology and a coating technology are used for obtaining the functional coating with the bionic tissue structure characteristics. The method is simple, the cost is low, the prepared coating has good tribological properties and high abrasion resistance, and the service life of the titanium alloy can be significantly prolonged as friction parts in the fields of engineering and artificial joints.
