Abstract
The freezing preservation method of mouse skin relates to germ plasm preservation, trnasgene, low temperature refrigerating preservation, tissue engineering, and other fields. Mouse skin tissue is set inside freeze protecting liquid, and the freeze protecting liquid is first frozen through dry ice fuming process and then transferred to -80 deg.c freezing device. The present invention can obtain freezing preserved mouse tissue, and after defrosting, the skin tissue can grow further. The present invention has simple operation and convenient collection of somatic cell tissue sample, and is suitable for long term preservation of rare animal and rare cell.
