FLUORESCENT METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING MALIGNANT TUMOR LESIONS OF PLEURAL AND ABDOMINAL CAVITY ORGANS

FLUORESCENT METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING MALIGNANT TUMOR LESIONS OF PLEURAL AND ABDOMINAL CAVITY ORGANS

Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves administering preparation based on 5-aminolevuline acid or its salts and following light treatment with wavelength causing injured tissue fluorescence manifestation. Pleural cavity organs lesion being the case, 1.0-1.5% solution of preparation based on 5-aminolevuline acid or its salts is intrapleurally or per os administered and fluorescent thoracoscopy is carried out with all pleura areas being sequentially examined. Visceral organs being affected, 1.0-1.5% solution of preparation based on 5-aminolevuline acid or its salts is intraperitoneally or per os administered and fluorescent laparoscopy is carried out with visceral and parietal peritoneum areas being sequentially examined. Patient body position is changed after having intraperitoneally or per os administered the preparation. ^ EFFECT: full-scale and reliable tumor lesion picture being produced in single procedure. ^ 4 cl
