Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering, and particularly relates to a flowering-regulating gene HbFT1 in a hevea brasiliensis and further discloses a cloning and an application of the gene. The cDNA of the flowering-regulating gene in the hevea brasiliensis comprises a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID No: 1. The present invention obtains a full-length cDNA of theflowering-regulating gene HbFT1 from the hevea brasiliensis for the first time and analyzes the tissue-specific expression of the HbFT1 gene in the hevea brasiliensis.
