Abstract

Provided is a flexible drug release microsystem based on ultrasonic energy supply. The flexible drug release microsystem comprises a flexible substrate, an ultrasonic transducer component and a drug release component. The ultrasound transducer component can receive an ultrasonic signal and output an electrical signal, the drug release component can release a predetermined drug and is electricallyconnected to the ultrasonic transducer component to release the predetermined drug under the action of the electrical signal, and the drug release component and the ultrasonic transducer component aremounted on the flexible substrate. The microsystem utilizes the ultrasonic signal as an excitation energy source and has high use safety. Moreover, the microsystem functions like a band-aid and can be perfectly combined with human tissue, adverse reactions after implantation of the microsystem are greatly reduced, and the microsystem can be widely used in the field of biomedical engineering.
