Abstract
The invention discloses a fish scale collagen/sodium alginate composite porous bone tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking pulverized fish scale into a sodium chloride solution, and then washing the pulverized fish scale with water to obtain fish scale A; (2) soaking the fish scale A into an ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid solution, and then washing the fish scale A with water to obtain fish scale B; (3) soaking the fish scale B in a citric acid solution, and adding protease for extracting, so as to obtain a mixed solution C; (4) adjusting the pH of the mixed solution C to 11-12, then placing for 6-8 hours, and carrying out dialysis, so as to obtain a fish scale collagen solution; and (5) adding asodium alginate solution to the fish scale collagen solution, mixing uniformly and lyophilizing to obtain the fish scale collagen/sodium alginate composite porous bone tissue engineering scaffold. Thescaffold has good cell adhesion, biocompatibility and biodegradability, and can effectively promote mineralization.
