Abstract
The utility model relates to a filling chamber of a filling type bioreactor, which comprises a filling chamber shell and a framework clamp. The filling chamber shell is provided with six fluid inlets and six fluid outlets so that uniformity of fluid flowing speed on cross section of the filling chamber is guaranteed. In the framework clamp, a framework is in interference fit with a framework sealing silicone gasket to be fixedly connected into a round hole at the center of a framework clamping plate, the diameter of the framework is one fourth smaller than that of the filling chamber, and thereby uniformity of flowing speed at a filling inlet of the framework is guaranteed. The framework clamp is mounted into clamping grooves of an upper filling chamber and a lower filling chamber, and sealing performance in filling is guaranteed by means of the sealing silicone gasket. The filling chamber of the filing type bioreactor effectively solves the problem that flowing speed at the section of the inlet of the framework inside the filling chamber of the filling type bioreactor is nonuniform, and is convenient for mounting and demounting of the framework. A high efficiency filling platform is provided for the filling type bioreactor in the bone tissue engineering.
