Abstract
The present invention discloses a fibrous film for trachea soft tissue repair and a preparation method of the fibrous film, and belongs to the technical field of biomedical engineering. The fibrous film for trachea soft tissue repair is in a core-shell porous net structure, and comprises polycaprolactone, I-shaped collagen, a recombination transforming growth factor-beta 3 (rhTGF-Beta 3) and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The fibrous film for trachea soft tissue repair is low in immunogenicity and excellent in biocompatibility and inducing repair performance, and has an obvious effect of promoting healing of damaged trachea soft tissues.
