Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a fibroin porous scaffold with a hierarchical structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: rapidly dissolving degummed fibroin fibers by using an acid-salt binary solution system; adding sodium chloride particles serving as a pore-foaming agent into a fibroin solution; then, performing water soaking treatment, wherein the pH valueof the system is changed due to rapid dilution of acid in the fibroin dissolving system in water so as to induce gelation of the fibroin solution, and meanwhile, sodium chloride is slowly dissolved in water to generate a space to form a fibroin macroporous framework; and adding the pure fibroin solution into the fibroin macroporous framework, carrying out electrostatic field action, and regulating and controlling the arrangement direction and the size of fibroin injected into the fibroin macroporous framework by the electrostatic field so as to form the fibroin porous scaffold with a micro-nano hierarchical structure. The preparation method is green and efficient, and the prepared fibroin porous scaffold simulates the physical microenvironment of cell growth, is environmentally friendly and good in biocompatibility, and can be used as a biomedical carrier and a tissue engineering repair material.
