According to the method, high-elasticity fibroin and modified hyaluronic acid are used as basic raw materials, the fibroin/hyaluronic acid interpenetrating polymer network hydrogel is prepared by ultrasound and photo-crosslinking methods, the prepared hydrogel is good in structure stability and mechanical property, and the problems that existing hydrogel is poor in swelling property, and biodegradation difficultly meets requirements for tissue engineering and the like canbe solved.
