Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microbeads of a fibrin (including a fibrinogen) that are biologically active and extensively crosslinked, a preparation method of the fibrin microbeads, a composition comprising a cell bonded to the fibrin microbead, a method for culturing and separating a cell using the fibrin microbeads, and a method for transplanting a cell and a method for engineering a tissue using the fibrin microbeads. ;SOLUTION: The fibrin microbeads comprise a fibrin at least 30% crosslinked by an extensive crosslinking by the XIII factor-mediated reaction unlike to fibrin microbeads treated with an exogenous crosslinking agent (glutaraldehyde or the like). ;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
