Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of medical materials and particularly relates to a fiber-reinforced in situ setting and pore-forming tissue engineering scaffold material and a preparation method of the fiber-reinforced in situ setting and pore-forming tissue engineering scaffold material. The provided tissue engineering scaffold material comprises polylactide-glycolide, a polyglycollide fiber and an organic solvent; the volume ratio of the total mass of the polylactide-glycolide and the polyglycollide fiber to the organic solvent is (1-40) g: 10 mL. The polylactide-glycolide and the polyglycollide fiber are taken as solute ingredients of the tissue engineering scaffold material, the initial mechanical strength of a cured bone tissue engineering scaffold is obviously improved, a high-porosity porous channel is formed in the bone tissue engineering scaffold with the gradual dissolution of the polyglycollide fiber in the later period, nutrient substances, cells and the like are guided to enter the bone tissue engineering scaffold, finally the bone tissue engineering scaffold is completely degraded and replaced by a regenerated tissue of a body, and the purpose of repairing the bone defect is fulfilled.
