Abstract
The invention relates to a fiber material. The fiber material includes a fiber core layer and a fiber shell layer wrapping the fiber core layer, and the fiber core layer includes exogenous molecules and polyethyleneimine; the fiber shell layer includes gold nanorods and a biodegradable material. According to the fiber material, the dual purposes of release and efficient delivery of the exogenous molecules are achieved, and the loading method of the exogenous molecules is simple, the transmission efficiency is high, and the fiber material is not likely to be degraded to lose efficacy before release; the fiber material has potential application value in biomedical fields such as tissue engineering.
