Abstract

The invention discloses a fermentation process of Coprinus comatus, belonging to the field of agro-biological engineering, in particular to a fermentation process of Coprinus comatus, which aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and can improve the biological transformation ratio and the yield of mycelium. The fermentation process comprises the following steps of: (A), obtainment of pure strains of the Coprinus comatus by using a tissue separation method: grafting strains on a PDA or malt extract fixed slope medium, culturing at a constant temperature of 25-28 DEG C for 7-10 days, then inducing hyphal cells by ultraviolet mutagenesis, primarily screening the growth capability of mycelium of induced stains on the fixed medium, and rescreening the growth capability of mycelium of induced stains on a liquid medium to obtain the pure strains; and (B), fermentation process flow of the strains: slope strains or eggplant flask strain, flask shake grafting, 50-100L3 of seeding tank (first class), 500-1000L3 of seeding tank (second class), and 5000-10 tons of fermentation tank.
