23 Jul Femur locating device and method for in vitro test of patellar articular cartilage
Abstract
The invention discloses a femur locating device and a femur locating method for in vitro test of patellar articular cartilage. The method comprises the following steps: determining six characteristic position mark points in a femur distal dissection structure, making geometric position parameters of a femur trochlear region rotating axis relative to a femoral condyle characteristic position through AutoCAD engineering software, and regulating a known locating clamp position depending on the known geometric position parameters, thus realizing accurate and rapid location. The locating method disclosed by the invention can be applied to patellar articular femur installation and location of different species, thus having good universality. The method realizes femur location through a 2D CT picture scanning method, and provides a precondition for testing biotribological properties of patellar articular cartilage under a sterile condition; moreover, the method can shorten a time interval between location and installation and testing and prolong cartilage tissue activity; the method has great significance in active tissue in vitro test.
