FABRICATION METHOD OF POLYMERIC JANUS MICROFIBER HAVING POROUS SURFACE FOR TISSUE ENGINEERING

Abstract

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of polymeric Janus microfiber is provided to exhaust a photo-cured monomer in a continuous phase by irradiating ultraviolet ray to a micro channel. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method of polymeric Janus microfiber comprises: a monomer inlet port(1a) into which monomer is injected; a continuous phase inlet port(1b) into which continuous phase is injected; a junction(2a) in which a monomer and continuous phase are focused; a micro channel(2) in which the focused monomer and continuous phase flow; a microfluid chip consisting of an outlet; a water tub(5) in which the microfluid chip is placed; and an ultraviolet irradiation unit(6) irradiating the ultraviolet ray to the micro channel of the microfluid chip.
