Abstract
The invention provides an extraction method and application of animal tendon collagen. The method comprises the following steps: selecting fresh animal tendons, removing muscles and grease, separatingto obtain a white muscle tendon tissue, cutting to obtain small muscle tendon tissues, and dissolving the tissues by using a low-temperature acid method, to obtain collagen acid solution; removing the undegradable tissues by centrifuging in a low temperature; freeze-drying collagen supernatant, to obtain collagen powder; accurately weighing the collagen powder, re-dissolving in the acid solution,to obtain protein solution with certain concentration. The collagen can form collagen peptone and a collagen membrane through neutralizing treatment, and form different types of functional materialsafter compounded with other biological materials. The advantage of the method is that materials are conveniently selected, price is low, a preparation process is simple and stable, and the collagen has good biocompatibility. The collagen can be applied to the fields of a cosmetics additive, a medical biological material, tissue engineering, cell culture and the like.
