Abstract
The invention discloses an extracellular matrix composite film with a photothermal effect and a preparation method of the extracellular matrix composite film with the photothermal effect. The method comprises the following steps: culturing cells on a cell culture surface for visible light-induced cell desorption, and adding nanoparticles having the photothermal effect during the culture process; after forming a cell lamella, washing and lyophilizing, then culturing the cells on the cell lamella again to form a cell lamella, obtaining a complete cell lamella by light-induced cell desorption, washing and decellularizing to obtain the extracellular matrix composite film having the photothermal effect. The composite film finally obtained by the method disclosed by the invention has the photothermal effect and is formed by stacking extracellular matrixes, and the composite nanoparticles are completely covered in the composite film, thereby avoiding direct exposure of the particles to affectthe cell compatibility of the film, and the composite film can be applied to bone tissue defect repair engineering and other fields. In addition, the preparation method disclosed by the invention hasa simple process, is easy to implement, and is favorable for popularization and application.
