Abstract

The invention discloses an extracellular full-matrix loaded chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite sustained release microsphere and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing an extracellular full-matrix solution, a chitosan solution and nano-hydroxyapatite to obtain an extracellular full-matrix loaded chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite solution; (2) mixing liquid paraffin, Span-80 and the extracellular full-matrix loaded chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite solution, and emulsifying to obtain an emulsified liquid; (3) mixing the emulsified liquid, isopropyl alcohol and a glutaraldehyde solution, dispersing, crosslinking and fixing to obtain the extracellular full-matrix loaded chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite sustained release microsphere. Experiments prove that the microsphere takes the chitosan as a carrier for slowly releasing an extracellular full-matrix and the nano-hydroxyapatite, so that the extracellular full-matrix can be released slowly, and meanwhile, the nano-hydroxyapatite is also released slowly. The extracellular full-matrix loaded chitosan/nano-hydroxyapatite sustained release microsphere is a potential bone tissue engineering repair material.
