Abstract
An embodiment of the invention provides an exogenous-stent-free dermis construction method and a culture solution, and relates to the technical field of tissue engineering. An exogenous-stent-free dermis substitute is constructed by optimizing a culture system and adding some active ingredients capable of promoting fibroblast proliferation and ECM secretion, and the exogenous-stent-free dermis substitute has high cell density, large thickness and good stability. Exogenous-stent-free dermis comprises fibroblasts and extracellular matrix secreted by the fibroblasts. The exogenous-stent-free dermis construction method comprises steps as follows: step 1, isolated culture of the fibroblasts; step 2, construction of a dermis layer.
