23 Jul Establish ment of yeast engineering fungus for secreting expression tissue type plasminogen activator
Abstract
Tissue-type plasminogen activator cDNA with modified 5′ end is placed into yeast expression carrier pY-18 with alpha mating factor signal peptide series to obtain male clone for induced representation. It is proved through acrylamide gel electrophoresis, immunity ink mist, enzyme immunoadsorption, fibin combination and degradation tests that the expression product has the same property with natural tissue-type plasminogen activator. The said expression system has high expression amount, and can be secreted and purified in large scale.
