Abstract
The invention discloses an EPC composition capable of realizing rapid breeding overexpression of ANG-1. According to a preparation method, a stem cell culture medium X is prepared through culture of monocytes obtained from human peripheral blood or marrow; the stem cell culture medium X is added into an endothelial cell basic medium containing a plurality of cell culture factors so as to obtain the composition. It is confirmed by experiments that the stem cell culture medium X is capable of shortening the subcultring period of EPC capable of realizing rapid breeding overexpression of ANG-1 obviously, and increasing the single generation propagation multiple of EPC capable of realizing rapid breeding overexpression of ANG-1. The EPC capable of realizing rapid breeding overexpression of ANG-1 which is cultured using the composition is used in construction of tissue engineering bone, and it is promising to solve vascularization problems in bone tissue engineering research.
