Abstract

The electrostatic spinning nozzle consists of a main pipe and four auxiliary pipes, and is characterized in that the end of the main pipe is sealed by a conical closed tip, and three annular structures for homogenizing liquid, namely, a lower liquid homogenizing ring, a middle liquid homogenizing ring and an upper homogenizing ring are machined on the main pipe. Four auxiliary pipes with consistent outer diameter and inner diameter and with openings leveled at one opening line are machined at a position h1 away from the upper liquid homogenizing ring. The electrostatic spinning nozzle has the beneficial effects that the mixed electrostatic spinning of solutions with two or more than two different components can be realized, great convenience can be provided for processing a functional chemical fiber material of a core-shell structure and a porous structure, and the electrostatic spinning nozzle can be widely applied to the fields such as drug sustained release, tissue engineering and drug carriers, can be operated according to a single-needle nozzle and is simple in operation process.
