Compared with a pure electrostatic spinning nanofiber material or a pure extracellular matrix, the composite material has very high biocompatibility and very high mechanical property, is easier for cell adhesion and proliferation, has very good application prospect and high practical value in mechanical tissue engineering repair, and can be used for effectively promoting the adhesive growth, proliferation, migration and differentiation and amplifying and culturing stem cells on a large scale. Moreover, the composition material is low in antigenicity, and the risk of disease transmission is eliminated by means of strict screening.
