Abstract
The invention discloses an electrostatic spinning method capable of realizing in-situ control of micro/nano fiber surface shape, especially capable of realizing in-situ control of micro/nanoscale fiber surface shape, and has good application prospect. The electrostatic spinning method includes that outer-layer fluid in an electrostatic spinning device is used as a control layer to modify inner-layer fiber surface shape, the outer-layer fluid can change volatilization of an inner-layer solvent during fiber forming so as to further control the fiber surface shape, and the objective of effectively obtaining fibers characterized by different hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity and size distribution; multi-axis (coaxial/three-axis/four-axis) fibers can be prepared at the same time effectively and independently, and surface shape control of composite spinning with multifunctional characteristics is realized. According to the method, control on single-step fiber forming during electrostatic spinning is realized, and application of electrostatic spinning in tissue engineering and material performance is expected to be substantially increased.
