Abstract

The invention provides an electrostatic spinning device for manufacturing a three-dimensional orderly-tissue engineering scaffold and belongs to the field of electrostatic spinning. The electrostatic spinning device comprises a direct-current high-voltage power supply, a micro-injection pump, an injector, a stainless steel injection needle, a pair of ferrite magnets and a rotating cylinder. The surface of the rotating cylinder is coated with an aluminum foil layer serving as a fiber receiving device. The positive pole of the direct-current high-voltage power supply is connected to the stainless steel injection needle, and the rotating cylinder is grounded through a lead and provides an electric field required for electrostatic spinning. The square ferrite magnets are oppositely arranged, the distance between the ferrite magnets is 0.5-4 cm, the magnets are arranged under the rotating cylinder, the magnets is perpendicular to or parallel to the rotating cylinder in arrangement direction, and a magnetic field is provided in the electrostatic spinning process.
