Abstract
The invention discloses an electrospinning pen which comprises a material storage cylinder for storing and outputting spinning raw materials and a heating ring arranged on the periphery of the material storage cylinder in a sleeving mode and used for heating the spinning raw materials to a molten state. A feeding component for conveying the spinning raw materials is arranged at one end of the material storage cylinder, and a jet nozzle structure for producing an electric field to jet out spun fiber is arranged at the other end. The electrospinning pen is simple in design and compact in structure, can achieve handheld operation and can be used for conducting more detailed and accurate modified processing on a tissue engineering cell scaffold manufactured in an automatic and large-scale mode, accordingly the usage rate of the produced cell scaffold is improved, the rejection rate is reduced, and accordingly the production and manufacture costs are reduced. The heating ring is further arranged in the electrospinning pen to heat the raw materials in the material storage cylinder to the molten state, accordingly follow-up spun fiber is jetted out, and the molten raw material solution is directly jetted out. Compared with the design of a biochemical solution of the jetted raw materials, the raw material solution is safer and non-toxic.
