Abstract
The invention discloses an electroactive polymer with water solubility and biological degradability, which is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: preparing sodium polyaldehyde alginate by oxidizing sodium alginate with sodium periodate; preparing eigenstate phenyl/amino end-capped aniline oligomer by an oxidative coupling method; reducing the eigenstate phenyl/amino end-capped aniline oligomer to obtain fully reducedphenyl/amino end-capped aniline oligomer; and introducing the fully reducedphenyl/amino end-capped aniline oligomer into the sodium polyaldehyde alginate by the reaction of terminal amino in the fully reducedphenyl/amino end-capped aniline oligomer and the aldehyde in the sodium polyaldehyde alginate to obtain the aniline oligomer modified sodium polyaldehyde alginate. The invention also discloses a preparation method and application of the polymer. The polymer has the advantages of biocompatibility, water solubility, electroactive, degradability and the like; the preparation method of the electroactive polymer is simple in process and easy to control; and the electroactive polymer can be used in the field of injectable tissue engineering bracket materials or manufacturing of biological medicinal devices requiring electroactive.
