Electrically-conductive porous three-dimensional tissue engineering bracket material and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrically-conductive porous three-dimensional tissue engineering bracket material and a preparation method thereof which belong to the technical field of preparation of tissue engineering biomaterials. The bracket material adopts a silk fibroin bracket as a substrate, and besides, conductive polymers namely polypyrrole is polymerized in holes, and electric conductionproperties are provided. Compared with a common two-dimensional polypyrrole composite membrane, the electrically-conductive porous three-dimensional bracket is closer to in vivo three-dimensional physiological environment, and interaction of cell shape, polarization, cells and substrate, and interaction of the cells and cells are closes to the cell action under the condition of in vivo physiologycondition. The material has the advantages of favorable biocompatibility, excellent electric conduction characteristics and controllable mechanical properties, high porosity factor and the like, can support adhesion and growth of various cells, is favorable for conduction of intercellular electrical signals, and has potential application prospect in clinical transformation of tissue engineering, particularly myocardium tissue engineering.
