Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering, in particular to a dynamic perfusion culture system. The dynamic perfusion culture system forms a closed-loop circulation loop of a culture solution. The dynamic perfusion culture system comprises a solution storage part, a power source and perfusion troughs, wherein the solution storage part is used for storing the culture solution circularly flowing in the circulation loop; the power source provides a driving force, so that the culture solution in the solution storage part circularly flows in the circulation loop; and the culture solution from the solution storage part flows into the perfusion troughs under the action of the power source, and the size of an accommodating cavity inside each of the perfusion troughs can vary with that of a perfusion culture tissue. The solution storage part, the power source and at least one perfusion trough are connected in series and communicated through a pipeline. Therefore, the invention provides the novel three-dimensional dynamic perfusion culture system which is simple in structure under the situation of realizing the long-term in-vitro culture and maintenance of an in-vitro bio-manufacturing tissue structure through the closed-loop circulation loop of the self culture solution and can be miniaturized.
