Abstract

The invention discloses a dynamic perfusion culture system for promoting tissue engineering products to be vascularized in vitro. The dynamic perfusion culture system comprises a culture bottle containing endothelial progenitor cell culture solutions and a flow-controllable peristaltic pump. An upper inserting hole and a lower inserting hole are formed in the side face of the culture bottle. Connectors are arranged in the upper inserting hole and the lower inserting hole of the culture bottle. The lower inserting hole is connected with one end of a first conveying pipe through the corresponding connector. The upper inserting hole is connected with one end of a second conveying pipe through the corresponding connector. The other end of the first conveying pipe is connected with the liquid inlet end of the peristaltic pump. The other end of the second conveying pipe is connected with the liquid outlet end of the peristaltic pump. The dynamic perfusion culture system has the advantages that a culture environment similar to in-vivo angiogenesis environment is provided, and endothelial progenitor cells or endothelial cells can be cultured and studied better.
