23 Jul Dual-network hydrogel as well as preparation method and application of dual-network hydrogel
Abstract
The invention discloses a dual-network hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application of the dual-network hydrogel. The hydrogel is composed of a first network and a second network, whereinthe first network is formed by crosslinking polyvinyl alcohol and borax, the second network is formed by crosslinking poly(acrylic acid-copolymer-acrylamide) and ferric ions, and the first network andthe second network are mutually interspersed. The first network is constructed by reacting hydroxyl of polyvinyl alcohol and borax, and the second network is constructed under the actions of a carboxyl negative ion on a molecular chain of poly(acrylic acid-copolymer-acrylamide) formed by copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylic amide and a hydrogen bond formed among an ionic bond formed by Fe<3+>, an amide group and carboxyl. The hydrogel has excellent self-repairing performance, high strength and high toughness and can be applied to the field of tissue engineering.
