Abstract
The invention discloses a SDF1-Fc with matrix cell derivant factor-1 and immunoglobulin-Fc and making method and application in the recombinant gene engineering domain, which is characterized by the following: detecting the SDF-1 acceptor in vivo; adsorbing and separating to clean tissue or cell with CXCR4 expressive positive; interfering the combination of human immune defect virus and CXCR4; using protein SDF1-Fc to replace SDF-1 to establish external transporting mould of tumour cell or inflammatory cell; sieving tumour-proof transportation or inflammatory cell transportaion drug.
