Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of drug loading and tissue engineering biomedical application and discloses a drug-loading polyaniline nanoparticles and a preparation method thereof. Thepreparation method includes: adding aniline oligomer into an organic solvent dissolved with a to-be-loaded drug to perform reaction I in an inert atmosphere to graft the to-be-loaded drug to generatea aniline oligomer-to-be-loaded drug solution; adding degradable macromolecule mixed liquid dissolved in the same organic solution, evenly stirring, adding catalyst lipase or stannous octoate at 30-80DEG C to perform reaction II, and filtering, washing and drying to obtain the drug-loading polyaniline nanoparticles. The drug-loading polyaniline nanoparticles are amphipathic and are capable of controlling the drug to continuously and stably release under an external electromagnetic field environment, biodegradable, good in biocompatibility, simple in preparation method, simple to synthesize and the like.
