Abstract
The invention relates to a drug loading film with antibacterial activity and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: uniformly mixing graphene oxide and an antibacterial drug solution, drying, evaporating the solvent, and self assembling to form a film. The product prepared in the invention is good in complexing situation, and the drug molecules and the graphene oxide oxygen-containing hydrophilic groups are covalently or electrostatically absorbed; the composite film has excellent antibacterial effect for gram-negative bacterium and gram-positive bacterium; and the composite film is good in biocompatibility. The self-supported drug loading composite film prepared in the invention has wide application prospect in the fields such as wound dressing, artificial skin, tissue engineering and the like.
