Abstract

The invention relates to a double-layer skin tissue engineering scaffold material capable of degrading sodium alginate/fibroin, and a preparation method thereof. The scaffold material has a structure simulating normal skin tissue, and comprises an epidermis simulated layer and a dermis simulated layer, wherein the epidermis simulated layer is in contact with air and consists of a sodium alginate film; the dermis simulated layer is contacted with the wound surface of the a body and consists of a fibroin/sodium alginate blending porous scaffold material; and the epidermis simulated layer and the dermis simulated layer are effectively compounded by a freeze-drying one-step method. The double-layer skin tissue engineering scaffold material adopts naturally regenerated sodium alginate and fibroin as base materials, can be biodegraded and has high biocompatibility; the dermis simulated layer can induce cell ingrowth and proliferation, so the double-layer skin tissue engineering scaffold material is suitable for repairing of deep skin defect and has a good clinical application prospect.
