Abstract

The invention relates to a double-component hydrogel adhesive and preparation and application thereof. The double-component hydrogel adhesive is prepared from the raw material ingredients of oxidizedhydroxyethyl starch and aminated carboxymethyl chitosan. The preparation comprises the steps: mixing the same volume ratio and the different concentration ratios of an oxidized hydroxyethyl starch water solution with an aminated carboxymethyl chitosan water solution under the room temperature and crosslinking to form hydrogel through Schiff base reaction to obtain the double-component hydrogel adhesive. The double-component hydrogel adhesive disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple method, wide raw material source, good biocompatibility, quicker adhesion speed, good adhesion strength, application to varieties of wounds and wound surfaces to stop bleeding and heal and repair the wounds and the wound surfaces and application to the fields of tissue engineering, clinical medicine and the like; in addition, the double-component hydrogel adhesive can hopefully replace a traditional medical adhesive.
