Abstract

The invention discloses a digital manufacturing method of a surgical guide plate for fixation of fracture screws in the condylar process. The method comprises the following steps of 1, scanning the skull of a patient through CBCT to acquire DICOM data of hard tissue of the maxilla and mandible of the patient; 2, completing virtual reset surgery of the fractured condylar process by means of open medical image software MIMICS, dissecting and resetting the free end of the fracture, and designing the direction and depth of the fixing screws; 3, designing the surgical guide plate by means of reverse engineering software; 4, printing a designed 3D model of the surgical guide plate through a 3D printer. According to the method, CBCT three-dimensional images are combined, the fixation direction and depth of the long screws are designed by utilizing a computer to simulate the reset surgery, and the surgical guide plate is manufactured by means of a 3D printing technology. Not only can precise control over the surgery be effectively realized, but also the surgery risk is reduced, the surgery difficulty can be reduced to the maximum extent, the surgery efficiency can be improved, the surgerycost can also be effectively reduced, and the clinical application and popularization of the method are facilitated.
