Abstract
The invention discloses a digital manufacturing method of a soft and hard tissue protection jaw pad for oral surgery, which comprises the following steps of: scanning a three-dimensional image of a head of a patient through CBCT to obtain DICOM data of upper and lower jaw hard tissues of the patient; acquiring stl data of upper and lower jaw dentitions of the patient through infrared scanning of the dentitions in the oral cavity; completing superposition of the three-dimensional image and a dentition image of the head by utilizing open medical image software Pro-plan, and designing an area forprotecting the jaw pad according to an oral cavity operation area by utilizing reverse engineering software; and inputting the stored stl file into reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio to design a 3D model for protecting the jaw pad, and printing a 3D model obtained by design through a 3D printer. By combining CBCT and dentition scanning three-dimensional images, upper and lower jawbone hard tissue and dentition data of the patient are obtained and analyzed, according to an operation area of the patient, the personalized protection jaw pad suitable for the patient is effectively designed to cope with oral cavity conditions of different patients in different states.
