Abstract
The invention relates to a digital design and 3D printing preparation method for an assembleable biological stent, and the method has the following steps: 1) designing the overall shape of the stent by using CAD software; 2) decomposing the whole stent into a plurality of sub-portions; 3) designing the sub-portions as porous structures; 4) printing the sub-portions by a 3D printer; 5) disinfectingsub-portion print bodies separately, and then adding different cells and growth factors respectively; 6) connecting the sub-portions in a sterile environment by using a nested connection structure into the overall stent shape; and 7) locating the assembled stent in a tissue defect zone model to complete the preparation of a tissue defect zone requiring repair. The method is suitable for 3D printing manufacturing of tissue engineering scaffolds of various soft and hard tissues, can avoid damage to activity when active cells and growth factors are printed directly, and flexible combined application of various materials, multiple structures and various active factors can be realized.
