Abstract

The invention relates to different gene combinations realizing ectopic expression and an application of the different gene combinations in increase of oil content in plant nutrient tissue, and belongs to the field of genetic engineering. Four genes, namely, LEC2, DGAT1, OLEO2 and yeast GAT1, involved in the different oil synthesis and accumulation processes respectively are selected to be linked with promoters capable of driving the genes to express in the plant nutrient tissue, and different expression vectors consisting of a single gene or multiple genes are constructed and transferred in the plant tissue, so that the target genes express ectopically or heterogeneously in the plant nutrient tissue; finally, transgenic plants with significantly increased oil content in the nutrient tissues are obtained by screening and are applied to production and application of various substances associated with vegetable oil, for example, increase of nutrients of animal feed and promotion production of biofuel.
