Abstract

The diatomite-based composite material is prepared by dissolving acidified diatomite and an aniline oligomer in organic solvents under the protection of inert gas and evenly mixing the solutions to obtain a mixed solution A,adding a solution B of degradable polymers into the mixed solution A, evenly stirring the mixed solution A and the solution B, adding a catalyst at 30-80 DEG C for reaction and filtering, washing anddrying the product. The diatomite-based composite material of the invention can promote cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation under external electromagnetic field environment and has the characteristics of good biodegradability and biocompatibility, simple preparation method, simple synthesis, less by-products and the like.
