Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has truncated cone shape of 3-7 mm height. The device has a through canal directed from upper cone opening to the lower one. The upper opening diameter is 3-5 times and the lower opening one is 4-7 times as large as the height. The lower opening is ellipse and/or circle. Ellipse diameters belong to corresponding interval when wall thickness is equal to 0.2-0.5 times height. The device is manufactured from silicon or polymethyl methacrylate. EFFECT: no injuries when separating tissues; hindered tissue cohesion; reduced number of recurrences. 2 cl, 6 dwg
