Abstract
The invention relates to regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, namely to devices for reticulation of collagen sponge with glutaraldehyde vapors.The device, according to the invention, comprises a container (D) of autoclavable plastic, made in the form of a truncated cone, oriented with the smaller base downwards, of a height of 7 cm, a diameter of the large base of 6 cm and of the smaller base of 5 cm. The container (D) is hermetically closed by a cover (A), inside which is placed a sieve (B) for placing the collagen sponge 3 cm from the smaller base of the container (D). The diameter of the sieve (B) perforations is of 0.5 mm, for passage of glutaraldehyde vapors. At the bottom of the container (D) is placed a polyurethane sponge (C), of a height of 1…2 cm and a diameter equal to the diameter of the smaller base of the container (D), impregnated with glutaraldehyde solution.
