Abstract
The invention discloses a device for preparing a minor-caliber tube blank of a tissue engineering vascular stent. The device comprises a discharge control assembly, a pressurized feeding assembly, a motor assembly and a multi-functional base assembly. The discharge control assembly comprises a self-adaptive discharge controller and a discharge adjusting rod, the discharge adjusting rod is matched with a discharge port of the self-adaptive discharge controller, and the length of the tube blank is controlled by adjusting the position of the discharge adjusting rod; the motor assembly comprises a motor, a standardized mandrel and a motor control system; the standardized mandrel is a quickly replaced part, and the inner diameter of a tube blank sample is controlled by means of the diameter of the standardized mandrel; the multi-functional base assembly comprises a base, a material recovery disc and a self-adaptive adjusting bracket; the self-adaptive discharge controller is fixed on a sliding rod of the self-adaptive adjusting bracket, and the position of the self-adaptive adjusting bracket is adjusted to adjust the distance between the discharge port and the standardized mandrel so as to control the wall thickness of the tube blank; and a tube blank sample meeting predetermined parameters is formed by adjusting the distance relationship among the assemblies.
