Abstract
The utility model relates to a device for preparing cell micro-sphere filaments based on I-type collagen gel. According to the conventional method, large-scale amplification of cells is performed through passage; manually harvested seed cells are also compounded with a biological material through manual inoculation; and the device is easy and complex to operate, easy to pollute and non-uniform in cell inoculation. The device comprises a cell micro-sphere filamentation device, a control unit and a measurement unit, wherein the cell micro-sphere filamentation device consists of three parts, i.e., a cell micro-sphere and I-type collagen gel mixing and positioning mechanism, a cell micro-sphere filament shaping mechanism and a cell micro-sphere filament collection mechanism. According to the device, the cell micro-sphere active filaments coated by the I-type collagen can be prepared, so that the situation that the cell position cannot be controlled during cell inoculation and cell therapy of cell suspension, a large number of cell micro-sphere filaments of different types are provided for accurately constructing complex tissues and organs, and a device is provided for tissue engineering and clinical application of regenerative medicine.
