Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has small size optic fiber probe placed in distal end of instrumental endoscope or boroscope canal. A part of measuring arm of optic fiber interferometer is flexible to enable its introduction into the mentioned canals. The optic fiber scanning device has fixed and movable parts, having power line made of at least one wire coil enveloping permanent magnet. Diagnosis is made by examining basal membrane state of the tissue under examination. EFFECT: noninvasive method; enhanced effectiveness in diagnosing state of biological tissue covering internal organ surface; high spatial resolution. 44 cl, 8 dwg
