FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing provided with cap in its lower part. The upper part of the casing has tube w through axial opening and nipple, double-walled cap with cavity and perforated wall produced as concave contact lens which curvature radius corresponds to that of cornea.
